A consolidation loan helped me repair my credit

Very tempting though it was to buy the little extra time that you couldn't do without, when it came to paying back time, reality began to really bite. I found myself for a little while under a lot of strain financially, and there were a few months when I failed to meet all my monthly commitments. What hurt most of all was that a lot of the credit card companies refused to grant me new credit, which I found hard to accept? One day a customer service representative on the phone told me that I had a really low credit score and gave me some "off the record" advice to contact a credit repair company who might be able to put things right for me. I found one immediately on line, and without ever meeting in the flesh, they sorted out some of the mess that I was in, and have arranged for me to get some credit if need be and consolidate all my debt into a much easier to repay loan.
