During my spare time I work with five youth who are underprivileged whom are in age range between 17 to 21. They have secondary school education but do not have any additional skills but, they all have goals and dreams. I run a couple of computer skills, math classes, etc programs for them. Most difficult problems for these young people is to find job. The idea would be for them to have the opportunity to study while they also make a little bit of an income. Are there any work at home jobs that are suitable for them? Any help is appreciated.

I read somewhere that the minimum bid amount of property includes taxes which were arrear at the date of judgment. It also says that bidders will be required to pay all taxes which accrued subsequent to the date of judgment. What are the laws regarding this? Thanks.

I purchased a lien at the tax sale. A builder company came along and tried to redeem the said property. They have no recorded deed. One of the owners’ is no more. The other owner is claiming that he is the Personal Representative of the deceased, sold the property. He signed his interest over through a warranty deed that does have the same name on the deed as the original deed. He did not have court permission to sell the property. Can they do this? What can I do?
