We are trying hosted document management

I keep hearing that I can implement my Document Management needs locally. But I had not heard much about hosted document management offsite. Our IT Consultant told me that it is possible to do so and has excellent security protocols. I asked him to research it and make suggestions on which one would best serve our needs. He did as I asked and we now have it installed. It is working even better than I imagined, especially since we have offices at different locations and this give us a central repository.
