Warm ups and the rowing machine

If you do not do any of the warm up exercises that you are supposed to do, before you attempt working out on a rowing machine, you will be in trouble. Your muscles will become quite stiff and you will not be able to even lift a small ball, let alone try your hand at rowing machine workouts. Do not be in a hurry to work out on a machine that moves like a boat. You need to know the kind of workout that you can do and also the time that you can spend on the  rowing machine .
