Making software will always have some human aspect to it. And we all know what this mean. It means all software that is at least fairly complex will have some errors in them. Software today is of course, more than just fairly complex. Humans making billions of line of computer code will always make a mistake some where, or create lines that will cause conflicts in function. software testing is quite necessary if we are to expect any software that comes out on the market to work. It is a necessity that has given rise to an industry worth billions.
