The fraud that is done by the various corporations of the modern world is known as corporate fraud. In this form of fraud, the corporations deceive people by appearing successful before the investors and shareholders. This way their shares are bought. These corporations commit fraud by not informing shareholders about the bonuses and loans that is given to executives. They may also hide debt or manipulate accounting records.
There are many types of corporate frauds but two of the most talked about category of corporate frauds in the world are accounting fraud and insider trading. In the modern times, these are the most high profile investment fraud in the corporate world.
