At the same time, you will also want to find staff members that are personable and will enjoy helping your customers make their purchases. As may be expected, you will also want to choose individuals that observe reasonable hygiene guidelines. While you may also consider attractiveness an advantage, it may be better to choose an individual that is stronger in other areas as opposed to this one trait alone.
