Business process outsourcing is the key idea wherein a shift of certain functions are given over to another unit geared for such specific work and hence frees up the management to focus on the company’s prioritized issues. A business process outsourcing unit can smooth the way by shifting certain functions away from direct management. This cost effective and does not need an increase in manpower to cope with increased work.
