Rules Governing the Corporation

A lot of corporations have been formed in the past but some incorporators have failed at getting legally bound together. If you are a group planning to incorporate to venture into some business, I recommend that you take time to write down your articles of incorporation together. This document should contain the primary rules agreed upon for managing your corporation. It also includes regulations set by your state, country and locality, or other regulatory agencies. You are creating a business with a juridicial identity whose functions and life expectancy will be dictated by the incorporators.
