Of course they are. And if you got a bad faq lawyer to bang your head against, it could only be all the more worse because a bad lawyer would make you run from pillar to post for the work that could be done very easily and far earlier. That can make patents costly.
Not that your work will not be done. The work will be done but it will consume and awful lot of time. So, if you want to save on money and time, get a good lawyer for yourself. It’s worth the effort.
