During your business continuity planning meetings, certain questions should be addressed and reconsidered during each meeting. Have all contingencies been accounted for? Have all vulnerabilities been addressed? Have all protocol in case or emergency been Assigned? Have drills for mass movement of residents, students or patients been maintained and executed? Have extra supplies been updated for expiration? Has a control system been implemented ? Has a alternative communication system been implemented? Has management and employees been organized into special groups? Has your organization coordinated relationships with surrounding community business' to address common disaster planning efforts and cooperation? Has your organization taken training programs to address, identify and respond to sabotage, explosives and unconventional weapons?
